When you request a quote we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, home address or ZIP code, homeowner status, and the approximate age of your home. We may also collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages viewed.

How we use your information

We use your information to contact you about your home energy assessment, provide estimates, check applicable Utah utility rebates, schedule service, and follow up about your request. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS and calls

If you opt in, we may contact you by phone call and SMS text message at the number you provide, including through an automated system, about your quote request and related services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (for example scheduling, CRM, and messaging platforms) and with utility rebate programs when you ask us to process a rebate on your behalf. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.

Data retention and security

We retain lead and customer records as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect them.

Your choices
